I ´ve been getting questions regarding places to buy archery equipment, both in the LA area and online. Sadly, there are no brick and mortar archery shops in LA itself. There are a couple of shops in Orange County and in Long Beach:

I have only personally shopped at Hi-Tech and heard great things about Archery Outpost. Let me know you experiences with other vendors in the area.
Online, I do a lot of my equipment shopping at Lancaster Archery (Lancasterarchery.com).
If you are more focused in traditional archery, you can´t go wrong with 3 Rivers Archery (www.3riversarchery.com).
Alternative Sporting Services (alternativess.com) is another interesting website. They are located in the UK, but their prices, even with shipping compete with US-located vendors.
